Dee Norman (Deanna) has been acting for over 40 years in the Chicago area. She studied under Bella Itkin and Joseph Solvic at Goodman Theater in Chicago. She was an original company member of Circle Theater in Forest Park, IL. Dee has worked with playwrights and many play readings, at Chicago Dramatists and Circle Theatre. She returned to the theatre in 2009 after a nine year retirement. Dee is happy to be a member of the Paradise Playhouse Ensemble where she works consistently.

Dee enjoys performing roles in dialects such as: German, Yiddish, Italian, Swedish, Irish, British, and Southern. She’s working on an East Indian dialect and others that interest her. She has a soprano singing voice.
